Student Organizations Outraged Over Cancellation of NEET-UG 2026 Exam, SIO Says “NTA and Central Government’s Examination System Completely Unreliable”

A political convention organized at Hotel Awadh Court in the capital of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, witnessed extensive deliberations on organizational expansion, strengthening of booth-level structures, and strategies for the upcoming Assembly and Lok Sabha elections of the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI).

Inaugurating the conclave, National President M. K. Faizy called upon party workers to strengthen the organization at the grassroots level and accelerate election preparations. He emphasized the need for a data-driven strategy, continuous public outreach, and a robust organizational framework to ensure an effective presence among the masses. Reiterating the party’s commitment to protecting the Constitution and strengthening democratic values, he said the party is working for the rights and dignity of marginalized, backward, and underprivileged sections of society.

The session was presided over by State President Nazmuddin Khan, who stressed organizational discipline, unity, and booth-level preparedness as essential for electoral success. He urged workers to expand the party’s reach among Pasmanda and weaker sections of society.

National Vice President Mohammad Shafi, in his address, highlighted the importance of political awareness, voter engagement, and continuous outreach campaigns. He stated that public trust can only be strengthened by prioritizing local issues.

The event was attended by several senior leaders, including National Treasurer and Uttar Pradesh In-charge Abdul Sattar, National Executive Member Abdul Muid, and National Coordinator of Young Democrats Advocate Renu Devi Singh. All leaders emphasized better coordination across organizational levels, resource management, and strengthening of election preparedness.

Delegates from districts, assembly constituencies, and booth-level units across the state actively participated in the conclave. Detailed discussions were held on booth management, voter contact campaigns, media strategy, and organizational expansion in central Uttar Pradesh.

The proceedings were conducted by State General Secretary Mohammad Nadeem, while the welcome address was delivered by State Vice President Haroon Sahil. The vote of thanks was given by State Secretary Farhan Ahmad. Several office bearers including Sahib Alam, Mohammad Riyaz, and Dilshad Ahmad were also present.

The conclave concluded with a collective resolve to further strengthen the organization and deliver a better performance in the upcoming elections.
