National Women’s front censures the arbitrary national crackdown of the PFI raids nationwide.

Patna (Press Release/Insaaf Times) The unjust arrests made on 17th September 2022 and searches conducted by the National Investigation Agency (NIA), in coordination with the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and state police forces, throughout the country were against Sections. 46, 47, 100 & 165 of the Cr.Pc. The very base of search was not conducted according to the rules. Arrest made without warrant at midnight hours put women and children in desperate conditions effecting the public image at large. Such totalitarian acts that took no cognizance of admittance approval, witness, locality witness, women police, proves the utter failures of constitutional machinery being followed by the RSS led BJP regime. National Women’s front condemns the raids, seeks a fair trial with just accordance of law made. It demands back the public image tarnished in the name of false allegations and hopes justice to be ensured.
