Bihar Government’s Major Initiative: Free Coaching Scheme for Minority Students Offers a Golden Opportunity for Competitive Exam Preparation

The Minority Welfare Department of the Bihar government is effectively implementing the Minority Coaching Scheme across the state through the Haj Bhawan Coaching and Guidance Cell, Patna. The objective of this initiative is to provide quality and free coaching facilities to students from minority communities for the preparation of various competitive examinations.

Under this scheme, students belonging to Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain, and Parsi communities are given the benefit. Selected candidates are provided coaching by experienced faculty members along with essential academic facilities, enabling them to perform better in competitive examinations.

As part of the scheme, students are provided with internet facilities, online study materials, group discussions, and subject-wise test series. After each test, evaluations are conducted to identify students’ strengths and weaknesses, allowing focused improvement and strengthening of their preparation.

According to the Minority Welfare Department, the scheme is a significant step towards bringing socially and educationally backward sections into the mainstream and ensuring equal opportunities for them. In the face of increasing competition in competitive examinations, this coaching initiative has proved especially beneficial for economically weaker students.

For more information about the scheme, interested students can visit the official website of the Bihar State Haj Committee at
