Golden Opportunity for Unemployed in Begusarai: One-Day Job Camp on December 29 with Direct Recruitment for 100 Posts, No Written Test

A major employment opportunity has emerged for unemployed youth in Begusarai district. The District Planning Office, under the Bihar Government’s Department of Labour Resources, is organizing a one-day job camp on December 29, 2025. Candidates will not have to appear for any written test, as selection will be made solely based on interviews, enabling maximum participation from local youth.

The job camp will be held at Joint Labour Bhawan (ITI Campus), Panhas, Begusarai, starting at 10:00 AM. The prestigious private company Elite Foods Private Limited will conduct the recruitment of eligible candidates during the camp.

A total of 100 positions will be filled, including 50 Production Helpers and 50 Packing Helpers. The minimum educational qualification required is 8th pass, 10th pass, or ITI certificate, with an age limit of 18 to 42 years, allowing youth from different age groups to benefit.

Selected candidates will receive an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month, along with benefits like ESIC, PF, gratuity, and bonus. Additionally, for candidates coming from outside the district, the company will provide accommodation and meals.

The selected candidates will be posted in major industrial areas of Tamil Nadu and Kerala, including Hosur (near Bengaluru), Thrissur, and Kochi. This initiative will provide youth from Begusarai and neighboring districts an opportunity to work in other parts of the country.

Registration on the National Career Service (NCS) portal is mandatory to participate in the job camp. Candidates not yet registered should complete their registration at https://www.ncs.gov.in before attending. The District Planning Office will act only as a facilitator for the event.

This employment initiative offers a golden opportunity for youth seeking permanent jobs in the private sector and wishing to secure employment without taking a written exam.
