Tej Pratap Yadav, former leader of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and ex-minister of Bihar, has made it clear that he will never return to the RJD. He took this vow in the name of Lord Krishna and the Bhagavad Gita. Tej Pratap stated, “No matter who calls me, I will not go back.” He further clarified that the place of parents is separate from that of politics, and hence, he will no longer have any association with the RJD.
Tej Pratap has announced that he will contest the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections under the banner of his new party, the ‘Jan Shakti Janata Dal’. He said the party will focus primarily on issues like education, health, and unemployment. He also confirmed that he will contest from the Mahua Assembly constituency.
