The NCHRO’s human rights workshop conducted successfully in Delhi

The National Confederation of Human Rights Organisations conducted a workshop on human rights in Delhi on April 4, 2021.The workshop began with an introduction by Khalid Saifullah, and a round of introduction by all the participants present.Human Rights expert Anil Parashar began the workshop’s first session on the importance of human rights, and their beginning. He talked about all the rights that are internationally recognised as human rights, and their connection human rights in India.After that, Advocate Ansar Indori then talked about what constitutes fact finding and its procedure. A group discussion happened with participants presenting their own fact finding report.Following this, Ishu Jaiswal continued the workshop with a session on the process of filing complaints in the Nation Human Rights Commission. Anil Prashar took on from that and talked about the NHRC in general and its powers. Nadeem Khan (UAH), Kawalpreet Kaur (Activist) Advocate Ansar Indor, Reeta Bhuiyar (President, UP chapter), and Advocate Amit Srivastav (Delhi President, NCHRO) had their closing comments in their short speeches on human rights. More than 30 Participants from Delhi and UP attended the workshop. The organisation also gave certificate at the end of the workshop.
