Rape spread in society and it’s elimination.

Patna(Imam Ali/Insaaf Times) As you are aware, the word “rape” is widely used, and when it is used, it is only assumed that all people associated with it are men. As it stated in Section 375 of our Constitution, A man is accused of committing “Rape.”Means that a woman never commits rape to a man, nor does a man commit rape to a man.

As a result, people associate this word with men and believe that rape is only committed by men. However, women have committed rape to men in the past, such as in 2017 three girls kidnapped a man in South Africa for sexual desire and raped him for three days, apart of this a new ancient happened in Punjab, where four girls comitted gang rape to a man.According to the reports on Monday at Kapurthala road, a white car carrying four girls stopped close to him who kidnapped a man and carried out for sexual reasons.Victim was working in a leather factory this incident happened when he was going back to home after work.

As he regained consciousness, victim found himself in a car with them, blindfolded and hands tied. After this, the girls allegedly drugged him and took him to an unknown location and they were drinking and forcing him to drink as well, according to the report the man claimed that after this, all four of them constantly raping him, Later in the night around 3 am, the girls left him blindfolded and with his hands tied.According to the man, the girls were from rich and educated families because they were speaking mostly in English among themselves.

Any way at this point what is the punishment for women after committing this type of heinous crime?According to section 365 Whoever kidnaps or abducts any person with intent to cause that person to be secretly and wrongfully confined, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

In this case we should act and raise our voice because rape is rape whether it happened with women or men, by the section 365 we control that rape which comitted by women and IPC section 376 we control that rape which comitted by the man.
