Prashant Kishor (PK), founder of Jan Suraj and a political strategist, launched a sharp attack on both ruling and opposition parties at the “Bihar Badlav Jan Sabha” held on Sunday at Gandhi Maidan in Jehanabad.
Speaking to journalists after the rally, PK reiterated serious allegations against JDU minister Ashok Chaudhary, accusing him of amassing assets worth ₹200 crore. He said, “Ashok Chaudhary has purchased land worth ₹200 crore under his family’s name. He now needs to appear before the public and clarify which of these assets are legitimate and which are not. If we are wrong, put us in jail; if he is right, he should resign from his post.” PK also noted that JDU spokesperson Neeraj Kumar has demanded public accountability on this matter.
On the issue of Prime Minister Narendra Modi being insulted at Tejashwi Yadav’s rally, PK targeted both Congress and RJD. He said, “During elections, Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav will hurl abuses at Modi Ji, and Modi Ji will respond in kind. The people of Bihar get caught in this squabble. Yet, no leader speaks about the daily humiliation faced by Bihar’s youth in other states, nor do they address issues like preventing migration and providing employment.”
PK further alleged collusion between RJD and BJP, stating, “Rabri Devi considers BJP’s Dilip Jaiswal as a brother, while Tejashwi Yadav’s supporters abuse Modi Ji. In reality, all of this is done to deceive the public and enjoy power.”
*PK made major promises to the public during the rally, announcing that from December 2025:
Every man and woman over 60 years of age will receive a monthly pension of ₹2,000.
The government will cover private school fees for children up to 15 years old until government schools improve.
5 million youth in Bihar will be provided local employment with salaries of ₹10,000–12,000 per month, so they do not have to migrate for work.
PK concluded, “This year will mark the last Diwali and Chhath festival in Bihar where people suffer. From next year, young people will no longer have to leave their homes and families for work.”
