In the run-up to the Bihar Assembly elections, the Jan Suraaj Party on Friday released the list of its 20 star campaigners. Party founder and chief strategist Prashant Kishor has been placed at the top of the list, followed by senior leaders Uday Singh and Manoj Bharti, who have been named among the key campaigners.
Continuing its inclusive political approach, the party has also given representation to four prominent Muslim figures in its star campaigner list. These include MLC Afaaq Ahmed, noted Islamic scholar Maulana Shahnawaz Badr Qasmi, social activist Maulana Abdullah Saleem Chaturvedi, and youth leader Danish Khan.
A party spokesperson said “Our effort is to ensure that every section of society finds its voice in our election campaign. Jan Suraaj is ushering in a new kind of politics based on unity, development, and equality.”
According to the released list, these campaigners will travel across different parts of the state, engage with the public, and take Jan Suraaj’s vision and policies to every village and locality.
Political analysts believe that Jan Suraaj’s campaign team represents not only strategic diversity but also strengthens the politics of social justice, communal harmony, and public participation.
