Prominent Islamic scholar and National President of the All India Milli Council, Hazrat Hakim Maulana Abdullah Mughesi, has passed away. On this occasion, Ameer-e-Shariat of Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, and West Bengal, Maulana Ahmad Wali Faisal Rahmani, expressed deep sorrow and grief. He prayed for the deceased, saying, “Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilayhi Raji’un.”
In his condolence statement, Sajjada Nashin of Khanqah-e-Rahmania, Munger, Maulana Ahmad Wali Faisal Rahmani, said that Maulana Abdullah Mughesi rendered serious and effective services in the fields of religion, education, and the milli (community) arena for a long time. He was a dignified scholar who maintained a clear and fearless stance on milli issues, recognized for his balanced thinking and foresight.
He added that the late scholar played a key role in promoting education, social reform, and community awareness by overseeing and guiding various institutions. His written and practical contributions benefited a large group of scholars.
The Ameer-e-Shariat further stated that Maulana Mughesi’s personality was a symbol of sincerity, seriousness, and a spirit of service to humanity. His efforts for community unity, protection of religious identity, and educational progress will always be remembered.
Expressing his grief, he said that with the passing of Maulana Abdullah Mughesi, the Muslim community has been deprived of a sincere, balanced, and influential voice, the absence of which will be felt for a long time.
Finally, the Ameer-e-Shariat prayed to Allah Almighty to forgive the deceased, elevate his ranks, accept his services, and grant patience and steadfastness to his family and those related to him.
